I’m not one for doing big resolutions just for the sake of January as if there is something I want to do I work on doing it no matter the time of year. However, there are some things I try to achieve, and I set some things I want to work on. These are my resolutions for 2021:
- Learn to meditate.
- Read more. At least one book a month.
- Do some study, work on getting a Diploma.
- Find a new job (this will hopefully go in sync with the Diploma).
- Cook more. Try 2-3 new recipes a month.
- Work on better communication.
- Learn to swim (dependent on the current health situation and community centres opening back up).
- Keep to my monthly expenses budget.
- Build my savings account.
- Work on my health + fitness.
- Self Improvement.
- Continue to work on writing and posting to my blog.
- Travel – if things change.
- Take more photos. Print photos and make photo albums.
- Listen to more podcasts.
- Drink more tea, less coffee.
- Listen to music more.
- Spend less time on social media.
It seems like a lot now that I put numbers to them, but I don’t believe there is anything too big that I can’t handle.
I’ve also got some personal goals I’ll be working on that will remain in my journal for my eyes only.
