2021 Resolutions

I’m not one for doing big resolutions just for the sake of January as if there is something I want to do I work on doing it no matter the time of year. However, there are some things I try to achieve, and I set some things I want to work on. These are my resolutions for 2021:

  1. Learn to meditate.
  2. Read more. At least one book a month.
  3. Do some study, work on getting a Diploma.
  4. Find a new job (this will hopefully go in sync with the Diploma).
  5. Cook more. Try 2-3 new recipes a month.
  6. Work on better communication.
  7. Learn to swim (dependent on the current health situation and community centres opening back up).
  8. Keep to my monthly expenses budget.
  9. Build my savings account.
  10. Work on my health + fitness.
  11. Self Improvement.
  12. Continue to work on writing and posting to my blog.
  13. Travel – if things change.
  14. Take more photos. Print photos and make photo albums.
  15. Listen to more podcasts.
  16. Drink more tea, less coffee.
  17. Listen to music more.
  18. Spend less time on social media.

It seems like a lot now that I put numbers to them, but I don’t believe there is anything too big that I can’t handle.

I’ve also got some personal goals I’ll be working on that will remain in my journal for my eyes only.
